Feel good from yesterday’s exercises?
Cape Town is covered in rain today. Parapax has got some fun indoor activities for you to do to prepare for your paragliding or paramotoring experience. How about grab a friend and go tandem paragliding? After this session, we are positive that you will be ready to take the plunge!
- Lean on one leg. Make sure you have enough space around you. Lift your arms and start flapping them. Up and down for 2 min. Gradually increasing speed. Essential, because you need to know how a bird feels being in the sky.
- Think of what you would say when you take the plunge when paragliding. Scream it for 2 min. This will help warm up your vocal cords so that when you paraglide and scream this doesnt damage them.
- Stand in front of a fan for 5 min. The fan must be on full speed. Feel the wind blowing through your face. Preparing you for the freshing winds in your face while paragliding.
You will be a pro at this in no time!
